Our impact

In 2025, CDCHA continued to strengthen cultural connection and community engagement through impactful arts programming across Cape Breton.

  • Engaged 60+ volunteers, creating meaningful opportunities for community participation and leadership

  • Reached 4,000+ local students and educators through school outreach programs across multiple elementary schools

  • Presented the original stage production The Lotus Lantern, attracting 200+ audience members per performance

  • Reached a cumulative audience of over 2,000 people across 10 live performances

  • Hosted large-scale cultural celebrations, including the Lunar New Year Gala, with 300+ attendees per event
